Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Noms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you. Protect your account and do not share passwords, authentication codes, or access credentials.
Food and health disclaimer
Noms is a food-discovery service, not a medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety service. Restaurant details, ingredients, cross-contact risk, prices, hours, nutrition, recipes, and user content may be incomplete or wrong. Always verify important information directly with the restaurant, manufacturer, recipe source, or a qualified professional.
User content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of content you create and give Noms a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service according to your visibility choices. You must have the rights to content you upload. Noms may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create a safety risk.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, exploitative, dangerous, deceptive, private, or malicious content.
- Do not impersonate others, forge reviews or activity, evade safety or subscription controls, scrape the service, upload malware, or interfere with Noms.
- Use in-app reporting and blocking tools for abusive content or accounts. Copyright or safety notices may be sent to the contact email below.
Premium purchases
Noms Premium may be purchased through Apple or Google on supported native platforms. The store provides the final localized price and billing terms. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through the store; a lifetime product is a non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew. RevenueCat helps synchronize store entitlement status. Deleting a Noms account does not cancel a store subscription or create a refund.
Availability, termination, and liability
Noms and its third-party services may be unavailable or change. You may stop using the service and delete your account. Noms may suspend access for material violations, safety or security risk, or legal requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noms is provided as available without warranties that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid Noms in the prior 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Massachusetts law governs these terms except where local mandatory law provides otherwise.
