Get help with Noms
Email tpham85798@gmail.com for account access, purchase restoration, privacy, safety, copyright, or technical support. Include a short description of what happened, your device model, and the Noms screen you were using. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, full payment details, or private authentication credentials.
Account and purchase help
- For account deletion, use Profile → Settings → Account & Plan → Delete Account, or follow the public Account Deletion page if you cannot access the app.
- For an App Store subscription, use Apple subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Deleting Noms does not cancel a store subscription.
- Use Restore Purchases inside Account & Plan after signing in to the same Noms and App Store accounts used for the purchase.
Safety and user content
Use the Report and Block actions in Noms for abusive posts, comments, or accounts. For an urgent safety, copyright, or privacy concern that cannot be reported in the app, contact the support email above and identify the content or account without sharing unnecessary private information.
